About The Position

This full-time or part-time LPN/LVN position places you at the center of direct patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. Working alongside a Registered Nurse and Unit Medical Director, you'll deliver safe, age-appropriate care that directly shapes patient outcomes and satisfaction. No overnight shifts — the facility operates until 9:00–10:00 PM, giving you a schedule that works.

Requirements

• Current, active LPN or LVN license in good standing
• Kentucky nursing license or a compact license valid in Kentucky
• Flexible availability, including rotating weekend shifts
• Strong commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and professional standards
• Ability to work effectively under RN supervision in a collaborative setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, established standards, and state and federal regulatory requirements
• Support unit management in achieving goals tied to quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff development
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff
• Uphold and help implement facility policies, mission, and compliance standards
• Collaborate effectively within the care team to maintain a positive, engaged workplace
