Requirements
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with older adults or in senior living
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Perform assessments, monitor health status, and support care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
