About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program with an active license to practice in Washington.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Document patient information and changes in patient condition
- Alert the RN of changes needing reassessment
- Administer medication to patients
- Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Orient patients to treatment programs and monitor activity, encouraging participation
- Use facility-approved CPI techniques
