Highlights of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position: Insulin administration and supervision Medication administration and supervision Management of medication supply and medication cart Obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs Processing medication re-orders Dressing, grooming, shower assistance Reporting of health status concerns Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR / AED certification
- Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
- Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
