We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Schedule & Perks: ✔ Full-Time (36 hours/week) ✔ 3 nights per week (12-hour shifts) ✔ 7:00PM-7:00AM ✔ Every other weekend required ✔ Night shift differential What You’ll Do: As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care and support the well-being of our residents. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Complete charting and documentation
- Assist with care planning and assessments
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies
- Collaborate with nursing and care teams
