We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while supporting providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities include assisting with patient exams, obtaining and documenting vital signs, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. You will also be responsible for preparing exam rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring medical supplies are properly stocked and organized. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while delivering compassionate patient care are essential for success in this role. Hourly Range: $24.50 - $30.00, based on years of relevant experience. Sign-On Bonus: eligible candidates will receive a $1,500 tiered sign-on bonus, paid in three installments. 

Requirements

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse through the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable, motivated team player with a passion for making a positive difference in patients' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with patients, staff, and providers
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of clinical and patient care tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Responsibilities

  • Room patients and assist in the float station as needed
  • Administer injections, perform phlebotomy draws, and conduct EKGs
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide guidance, distribute patient education materials, and ensure completion of required forms
  • Comply with established procedures and policies to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Travel to other clinic locations as needed
