Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently in a 1:1 care setting

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lymphedema care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including lymphedema leg wraps (training provided)
• Deliver personal care and daily assistance with ADLs
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Accompany client to medical appointments as needed
