LPN - Fitness and Wellness Outpatient Facility
About The Position
Innovative Healthcare Centers is excited to announce the grand opening of our Fitness & Wellness Outpatient Facility located inside Fusion Gyms in Woodbury, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and motivated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our launch team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a modern outpatient setting that blends healthcare and wellness within a high-energy fitness environment. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting, supporting patient wellness services, clinical procedures, and overall patient experience. This role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current Phlebotomy Certification (Required)
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (outpatient or wellness setting a plus)
- Strong venipuncture and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional, polished demeanor suitable for a wellness/fitness environment
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (outpatient or wellness setting a plus)
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under physician or RN supervision
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and health assessments.
- Perform venipuncture and blood draws (Phlebotomy certification required)
- Assist with minor procedures and clinical treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards
- Educate patients on wellness services and follow-up care
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
- Support overall clinic flow and patient satisfaction
