About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a background in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Psychiatric (Psych) settings. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting interdisciplinary teams in a structured healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (state-specific as required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LTC and Psychiatric care .
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in LTC and psychiatric settings.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
