Requirements

Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Collect and document patient health histories and vital signs
Provide patient education and health counseling
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of equipment
Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
