Requirements
- Active LPN license in Hart.
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or similar experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and basic treatments according to care plans
- Assist with daily living activities and resident hygiene
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with the care team to support resident -centered care
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
