Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups. Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, IDD, or a related field
Strong computer and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including vital signs and crisis evaluations
Provide wound care and address acute physical health needs
