How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide basic bedside care to long term care patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, functioning within scope of license. Support Clinical Assessments: Partner with RNs by collecting vital patient data and observations to ensure accurate clinical analysis and care adjustments. Expert Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety remains the highest priority during every treatment. Execute Clinical Services: Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic procedures with precision to maintain the daily momentum of patient recovery. Empower Patients & Families: Educate residents on self-care and holistic health needs, while proactively maintaining a safe environment and coordinating follow-up resources.
