Responsibilities: As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
- Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Active CPR Certification.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Valid State licensure as an LPN
- Current CPR certification
- Able to supervise LPN’s and certified nursing assistants with appropriate LPN supervisory training as per state requirement
- Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.
