About The Position

Group Home Environment
1 Nurse : 6 Patients (Level 2 consumers)
Team-Based Model: CNA/DSP/PCA/HHA support staff
Respiratory support (CRT/RRT) on most shifts
Clinical Support Nurse overseeing 3 homes
Candidates must:
Be able to lift 50 lbs without limitation, restriction
Not be under physician work restrictions
Participate in Disaster Team assignments
Be willing to work at any assigned group home location

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license (Compact/Multi-State accepted)
• ACHA Level 2 Background Screening
• Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
• Current TB/PPD
• Compliance with all local/state regulations
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, long-term care (LTR), or rehab facility

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience
• G-Tube experience
• Trach & Vent experience (nice to have – training available)
