Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Illinois license (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred
- Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensed within 45 days of hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards
- Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies
- Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents
