About The Position
Talent Consultants is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient status, assisting with personal care, and maintaining accurate patient records. Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program by the state of California.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN)
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in a comparable healthcare setting.
