Position Overview: Deliver mandated Social-Emotional counseling minutes for a consistent K-5 caseload of approximately 30-35 students, ensuring all IEP and 504 plan requirements are met. Develop comprehensive social-emotional components of student plans, including behavior data analysis, individualized goals, benchmarks, and necessary accommodations or modifications. Monitor student progress through diligent data collection to ensure interventions are effectively supporting student growth and classroom success.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider (SSP) license (Minimum: LSW + graduate-level coursework in special education)
• Prior experience navigating the IEP/504 process, including goal writing and behavior data interpretation within a K-5 school setting
