About The Position
Maple Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Technician! Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort with handling cats and dogs
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Veterinary technician License
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and procedures
- Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
- Prepare exam rooms and surgical areas
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide client education and support
- Perform general cleaning daily
