Your Impact & Responsibilities: Direct Resident Care: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Clinical Assessment: Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes in status, and report findings to the RN or physician promptly. Wound Care & Treatments: Perform sterile and clean dressing changes and manage specialized treatments as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and descriptive electronic medical records (PointClickCare experience is a plus!). Supervision: Provide guidance and support to CNAs to ensure all resident activities of daily living (ADLs) are met with dignity. Requirements
- Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Proficiency in medication administration, treatment protocols, and resident assessment.
- A patient, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve the senior population.
