Requirements

Current California LVN license in good standing
CPR certification
Experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred, but not required
New graduates encouraged to apply – we will train you!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate and comfortable with EMR systems
Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
Must be able to provide recent medical clearance to work in SNF
Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Serve as the Charge Nurse during NOC shift, overseeing CNAs and ensuring high-quality resident care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to RN Supervisor or physician
Document all care provided accurately and timely in EMR system
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies
Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols
Participate in shift handoffs, training, and care planning
