The Licensing & Contract Administrator is responsible for managing company and project licensing requirements while administering construction contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation. This role ensures regulatory compliance, contractual accuracy, and risk mitigation across all projects and jurisdictions. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, protecting the company from regulatory and contractual risk, and ensuring operational efficiency across a multi-state commercial construction portfolio Building Trust.
