About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensing Approvals & Timeline Manager to serve as the liaison between our internal teams and licensors/licensees. Managing seven brands across men’s and women’s apparel, you’ll ensure smooth approval workflows and timeline coordination.

Requirements

7-10 years in licensing approvals or related roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with project management tools and approval workflows.
Ability to work across multiple categories and report to the SVP Divisional Head.

Responsibilities

Submit artwork, CADs, and samples for licensor/licensee approvals.
Gather feedback and communicate cross-functionally with design, production, and leadership.
Coordinate approval timelines, sample reviews, and meetings.
Ensure compliance with brand approval policies and deadlines.
