Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required ; additional education is a plus.
- Ability to obtain Basic FCRA Certification (training provided).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to work independently , meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must have a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet and a wired (Ethernet) connection.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in background research, compliance, customer service, or investigative roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive background investigations , including address history traces, social security number validations, and database searches.
- Research and retrieve records from federal, state, and county court systems .
- Analyze and interpret criminal background checks and other licensing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with sources via phone, email, and online platforms .
- Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance standards .
