Requirements

• Experience in assisted living or similar environment.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in activity programming or life enrichment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the planning and implementation of day-to-day social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities.
• Aid in transporting residents to activities in the building and on van outings.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Engage in problem solving and conflict management.
• Assist with budgeting for activities.
