About The Position

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing activities that enhance the quality of life and well-being of AL residents. In this role you will promote social engagement, and support the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of the residents. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

Requirements

• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, staff and volunteers to develop a vibrant and fulfilling activity program.
• Assist with special events, attend outings, and celebrations for residents and their families.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate activity programming into overall plans of care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to life enrichment programing, resident rights, and safety protocols.
