About The Position

Kilpatrick’s Chemistry & Life Sciences is seeking a mid to senior level, USPTO registered, Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. Applicant should have strong writing skills and 4 + years of relevant patent prosecution experience related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences.
An advanced degree, preferably a PhD, is desirable, but not required. Expertise in molecular biology is an asset. KTS office locations for this role include: Atlanta, Denver, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, or Winston-Salem.
