We’re a team of doctors, patients, data nerds, engineers, and builders, reimagining how clinical research works — and we’re just getting started! The Opportunity As a Business Development Rep (BDR) supporting Life Sciences Partnerships, you’ll sit at the heart of PicnicHealth’s go-to-market engine, helping Life Sciences teams connect with the right stakeholders at the right time. You’ll drive early pipeline by planning and executing targeted outbound campaigns across key accounts and campaigns—partnering closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to research new drug approvals and trials, build high-quality account and contact lists, and deliver compelling outreach that lead to high-quality meetings and commercial opportunities. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized self-starter who understands the Life Sciences and clinical / non-interventional research landscape, feels comfortable using modern sales and data tools, and is motivated by turning insight into meaningful commercial conversations that ultimately improve patient outcomes.
