About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Associate to execute and continuously improve our lifecycle marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll support the lifecycle team with communications from acquisition through reactivation - building thoughtful, personalized touchpoints that acquire members, deepen engagement, drive usage, and improve retention. You’ll build and deploy campaigns across email, SMS, and push in Braze, ensuring accurate segmentation, tracking, QA, and flawless execution end-to-end. Partnering closely with creative, product, analytics, content, and more, you’ll help bring lifecycle campaigns to life, monitor performance, and translate insights into ongoing optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, takes ownership of outcomes, and is eager to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the lifecycle program. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms (e.g., Braze) and marketing automation best practices
  • Comfortable building audience segments, managing campaign logic, and executing multi-channel communications
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to quality and flawless execution
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, experienced working with product, content, and more
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to present results and recommendations to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Braze, including audience segmentation, targeting logic, personalization, and creative implementation
  • QA and end-to-end campaign deployment - ensuring accuracy across copy, links, and rendering
  • Partner with creative, product, content, analytics, and more teams to brief campaigns, align on goals, and retrieve necessary assets
  • Develop and run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix
  • Monitor campaign calendar, automated journeys, key customer segments, and campaign performance
  • Maintain reporting and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proactively identify gaps or opportunities in the customer journey and recommend new lifecycle initiatives
