We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute email-centric strategies that drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and retention programs, primarily in the email marketing channel. This role is responsible for ensuring that customers continuously find value in our products and are guided toward deeper adoption and expansion opportunities. By leveraging data, automation, and targeted messaging, you’ll identify key moments in the customer journey to introduce additional solutions, maximize engagement, and reduce churn. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to create campaigns that not only improve retention but also unlock new revenue streams.
