Requirements

Child-Focused: Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
Communication: Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Compliance: Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
Energy: High-energy personality that fits our "one-of-a-kind" culture.

Responsibilities

Maintain Safety: Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.
Emergency Response: Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).
Student Interaction: Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.
Facility Standards: Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.
