Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure management firm, is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead and elevate the planning, coordination, and execution of lifestyle programming within our master-planned community. Programs and events include: Family and adult social events Youth programs Fitness classes Signature community celebrations This role is hands-on, creative, and highly visible within the community.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lifestyle programming, recreation, events, or community management preferred
  • Ability to design engaging, fun, and safe activities
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the community lifestyle and events calendar.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programs, classes, and events from concept to completion.
  • Develop new program ideas, seasonal experiences, and recurring activities that engage residents of all ages.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including timelines, layouts, vendors, supplies, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure required registrations, waivers, and release forms are collected and properly maintained.
  • Serve as the lead on-site presence during events to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials including newsletters and event flyers.
  • Become highly knowledgeable about the community, amenities, and offerings to confidently communicate with residents and prospective homebuyers.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents and maintain open communication.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
  • Assist with facility rentals and enforce community policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized program inventory and proactively communicate purchasing needs.
  • Supervise and support office and pool staff as needed.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe event and work spaces.
  • Report incidents, accidents, or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Follow all Arch Amenities Group and client policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
