This culinary professional will be a part of the Italian Restaurant, Trabucco! Trabucco is an elegant dining experience serving nostalgic Italian cuisine. Inspired by the coastal regions of Italy – from Cinque Terre to the Almalfi Coast, menu offerings include classic antipasti, wood-grilled seafood, handmade pastas and a beverage program highlighting the Italian mainstays – spritzes, house-made limoncello, and robust Italian wine varietals. The bar and lounge will contain a world-class raw bar featuring chilled crudos and a variety of seafood towers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Line Cook, a strong understanding of cooking temperatures, a team-oriented mindset, high-volume operations experience, and a genuine passion for developing their culinary skills and growing their career. Hotel experience is a plus but not required. Shift Pattern\: Candidates must have open availability to work morning and evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. What will I be doing?
