About The Position
Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our Sullivan's Island kitchen crew. If you love working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in putting out great food consistently, we want to meet you.
Requirements
- Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support prep and closing duties as assigned
