About The Position

The Line Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our production lines. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to minimize downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • strong leadership abilities, which are essential for guiding the maintenance team and ensuring effective communication.
  • Technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems are utilized daily to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Analytical skills are important for interpreting maintenance data and making informed decisions to enhance operational performance.
  • problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing unexpected challenges that may arise during maintenance activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software.
  • Preferred skills, such as familiarity with maintenance management software, will aid in streamlining processes and improving overall maintenance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on the production line.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with production management to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with production goals.
  • Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
