Looking for enthusiastic individuals Temporary Line Operator Job Type: Temporary short-term position with the possibility of hiring full-time. Position Time Frame: Start date, 3/17/2026 to 06/17/2026, with shift rotation every 28 days. This position comes with a shift rotation that occurs every 28 days. The work shifts consist of an AM Shift- 8 AM-4 PM, a Swing Shift schedule 4 PM-12 AM, and a Grave shift from 12 AM-08 AM. This schedule change will occur every 28 days. The swing shift comes with a differential pay of $1 per hour, and the grave shift comes with a differential hourly pay of $1.50 more per hour. Summary: The Line Operator's main focus is to ensure the product(s) being produced are within company and customer specifications by operating equipment on the product line. Will work closely with Quality Assurance and Packaging Agglomerate Lead with the goal of producing high-quality, cost-effective products. The Agglomerate Line Operator will be responsible for meeting all quality specifications on all finished goods - this includes, but is not limited to verifying all code dates and proper weights for each tote. The Agglomerate Line Operator must be knowledgeable in the activities of the personnel working on the line as he or she will assist in overseeing and training personnel. Troubleshooting and mechanical skills are a plus.
