The Line Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily departmental goals are met, the highest service quality is maintained, areas for improvement are quickly identified, and process improvements are efficiently implemented. In addition, they will lead the Line Service Technician team to achieve department goals and see that the team’s morale stays up and mission focused.
