JOB SUMMARY Prepare and have working knowledge of menu items offered on menu after training. Learn and know kitchen preparations and food safety in a fun and fast paced environment. Sets up/closes, stocks and cleans assigned area. Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management. Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
