Linkage Marketing Coordinator

About the position

Our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team. As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. We make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Always following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
