About the Team: We are a team of skilled engineers specializing in delivering Level 2-3 support for Windows and Linux desktop and server environments across diverse client ecosystems. Our team provides expert assistance with Microsoft 365 products, advanced monitoring and remediation, and management of Windows, Linux, and domain controller systems. By combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, we ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of critical infrastructure for enterprise-level clients around the world. About the Role: The Systems Administrator - Linux is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting Linux systems to ensure smooth daily operations. This role focuses on operational support, basic configurations, and resolving escalated service desk issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux systems administration or IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems administration (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Patching requires after hours and weekend work at minimum two weekends a month.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain Linux server environments.
  • Assist with daily management of Linux-based systems such as Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and backups.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on projects and escalations.
  • Manage change management relevant to monthly patching tasks.
