About The Position

As a Litho Mount Feeder, you will… Assist the Litho Mount Operator in finishing printed materials on the Litho Mount press. Help with setup, make ready, run, and troubleshooting the Litho Mount machine while achieving standard production rates. Feeds delivery end of all Litho Mount equipment, including tasks assigned by operator. Ensure all quality standards, set by operator, are met or exceeded. Maintain a safe work environment, identify and correct hazards, and adhere to all safety policies and best practices. Recard all production data into the Monarch data collection system, including the start and end time of the task assigned as required by the Production Manager. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic technical instructions.
• Capable of following written and oral instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Litho Mount equipment preferred but not required.
