Requirements

3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Nice To Haves

Jury trial experience is a strong plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.
Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Ability to work in Middletown and Glastonbury office locations.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
