About The Position
Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is urgently seeking experienced and compassionate Live-In CNAs to support clients in the Leesburg area. We have WEEKDAY and WEEKEND Live-in assignments available and are looking to fill these positions immediately. Position Details Role: Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule: Weekday and Weekend Live-In (Ongoing/Permanent Opportunities) Location: Leesburg, VA Pay: Competitive, based on experience Why Join Virginia Home Care Services? Requirements
- Active Virginia CNA license (required)
- Valid TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Live-in caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude

- Live-in caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client’s home
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition
