About The Position
The position is responsible for managing loads and route planning for customer orders. Essential Functions Build loads and determine most effective route; dispatch drivers Take customer orders; provide customer service Determine effective asset and driver utilization Communicate with drivers and resolve and safety related concerns Travel to customer sites; maintain and build customer relationships Manage driver workloads Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
