About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe plant operations Communicate effectively with plant personnel, drivers, and dispatch Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and accurately
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety practices and reliable work habits
- Capability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

- Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
