Requirements

Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
Able to work Flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
Have basic computer knowledge
Ability to provide quality customer service
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently
Clean Driving Record

Nice To Haves

Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
Customer Service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Friendly and customer service focused
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Create loan car contracts using dealership's computer system
Thoroughly inspecting loan car vehicles, checking for damages, and making sure all vehicles are clean
Reconcile toll and gas fees
File necessary insurance claims
File service invoices and loan car contracts
Set up active deliveries and valets
