SUMMARY: This position assists with all aspects of document management, quality control and retention. Cross training across areas may be required to increase efficiency, consistency and knowledge. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS: Image loan documents Responsible for quality control and proofing previously imaged documents Maintain and ensure confidentiality of customer information Identify and escalate unresolved or priority issues as needed Assist with audit preparation by overseeing the collection of requested data Work with manager to maintain departmental procedures, improve efficiency and manage area projects as assigned Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form. Ability to work unsupervised at times during the day. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively compose original correspondence and verbally exchange information with other employees of the organization. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interpret the needs of customers and effectively resolve any problems to ensure complete satisfaction and do so with tact, helpfulness and confidentiality.
