This position oversees the daily operations of the consumer and commercial loan departments and provides leadership to the loan operations team. Responsibilities include managing loan processing, servicing, accounting, reporting, and customer service functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role develops and maintains effective systems, processes, and procedures to support timely and compliant loan operations. In addition, this position leads, trains, and supports operations staff while ensuring the department meets organizational goals. The role works closely with department managers and bank officers to promote efficient workflows and foster positive working relationships throughout the organization.
