About The Position

As a Loan Operations Specialist in our post-closing area, you would be
responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documents and
transactions related to loans after funds have been disbursed to the customer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Images all loan documents.
• Uploads loans into bank’s core system
• Records liens on collateral.
• Reviews loan documents for accuracy.
• Posts transactions to accounts and performs maintenance requests.
• Maintains loans by clearing loan documentation exceptions, tracking collateral insurance, and processing paid out loans including releasing collateral as needed.
• Assists internal and external customers.
