About The Position

PrimeLending is a leading national home lender focused on empowering the pursuit of homeownership. We are seeking a Loan Processor to evaluate all information supplied on the mortgage loan application, verify the validity of the information, and assemble a completely documented file to Underwriting and Closing.
Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, this person acts as the primary liaison between the loan officer, loan officer assistant, realtors, builders and the customer(s).

The Retail Operations team's main focus is to ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while providing exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Our primary objective is to support the origination and fulfillment of mortgage loans for retail customers through various tasks and responsibilities. Our mission revolves around people, from loan officers to local operations and corporate support teams, all working toward a common goal of delivering outstanding service. We take pride in exceeding customer expectations and playing a vital role in helping them achieve their dreams by supporting our production team to close more loans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all information supplied on the mortgage loan application
• Verify the validity of the information
• Assemble a completely documented file to Underwriting and Closing
• Act as the primary liaison between the loan officer, loan officer assistant, realtors, builders and the customer(s).
